The proud owners, Gert (from Belgium) and Jason (from Malaysia) are a devoted duo striving to do everything possible to protect this precious beautiful piece of paradise.

The only way to access The Last Frontier Boutique Resort is by climbing a 588-step long staircase that winds through the lush rainforest of Borneo.

While constructing these steps, they were able to maintain the uneven terrain and contour of the forest, preserving the natural habitats of some of the rarest wildlife in Southeast Asia largely undisturbed.
