We are committed to ensuring an enjoyable experience during your visit with us.

Please note that we cannot accommodate children under 8 years of age as it may not be included in the hotel’s insurance coverage. Additionally, for safety concerns, since we are located in a far more secluded jungle compare to the other lodges, where wild animals can seriously be a concern to young visitors.

Please be aware that all transfers guests wish to arrange with the property must be communicated to us before arrival.

Refunds will not be available for unused meals or activities.

Our resort is perched on a hill, requiring a walk up 588 steps (100 m in height). However, the resort offers free lockers to prevent guests from carrying unnecessary heavy bags upstairs.

Be advised that power outages are frequent in this area and are unpredictable.

Bedding availability is limited due to the number of rooms and to minimize the adverse environmental effects from detergents used in washing here in the jungle.
